The challenge
A growing multi-location pizzeria was using the same plain white boxes as every other shop in town. Their food was excellent, their brand was invisible, and their previous supplier took weeks to reorder and marked up every box through a broker. On a business built on delivery and repeat orders, they were paying to package their pizza in something that did nothing to bring the customer back.
The solution
We designed a custom corrugated box with their branding, a grease-resistant coating and a bit of personality on the lid. Because we manufacture direct, we cut the broker markup out of every box. Because we design in-house, the dieline and artwork were handled without them hiring anyone. We proofed a physical sample, they approved it, and we moved to bulk.
The result
- Per-box cost dropped by [INSERT PERCENTAGE], driven by cutting the middleman
- Reorder time fell from weeks to [INSERT TIMELINE]
- Customers began posting the boxes, turning delivery into free marketing
- One consistent branded look across all locations
